Cancellation Policy

Annullation oder Auftragsänderung durch den Kunden - Ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag durch den Kunden vor Aktivitätsbeginn kann Online über den Buchungskanal angemeldet werden. - Der gebuchte Kurs kann nicht verschoben werden - Jede angebrochene Lektion wird grundsätzlich voll verrechnet. Es gelten folgende Annullationsbedingungen: ab 72h bis Kursbeginn: Es wird der volle Kurstarif verrechnet ----- Cancellation or change of order by the customer - Cancellation of the contract by the client before the start of the activity can only be cancelled online within the booking channel. - The booked course cannot be postponed - Each lesson that has been cancelled will be charged in full. The following cancellation conditions apply: - from 72 hours before the start of the course: the full course fee will be charged.
